here, you will find updates on the progress of your commissions, their priority, and guaranteed delivery date.
you will also be able to check on your page in the commission information section! this will show the status of your payment and what you have ordered.
please revise the terms of service, as you have agreed to them by commissioning me.
completed commissions will be removed periodically.
in the case you have given a hard deadline and wish for the commission to be completed sooner than the given date, rush fees can/will be applied!
note that further communication on your commission may appear in your e-mail, twitter, and vgen direct messages if applicable.
discord can also be used, however it isn’t preferred.
the paid status is given to those who have paid upfront.
pending is given to clients who have yet to send payment or the rest of it.
paypal hold is given to those who have already paid upfront and had their payments held by paypal.
in the case that your payment is being held, please wait until the completion of your order.
once your commission has been completed, i will be marking the receipt as completed on paypal.
once done, you will also have to do the same in order to fully send payment!
after commission completion, you can leave a review on vgen! this will help me get verified on the platform and open up more payment methods.
in the case you would like to pause progress on your commission for any reason, please let me know via e-mail, twitter, vgen direct messages, or discord. lack of communication or no communication at all may lead to your commission being moved here as well. unless your commission was skeb-like, please check your contacts for commission updates and revisions.
if said pause leads to a refund, what is sent back will depend on how much progress has been made on your commission.
